Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and dust bags are included to maintain return eligibility.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
